Because our products are personal and wellness-based, we do not accept general returns of opened or used items. This helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for all customers.

30-Day Skin Comfort Guarantee

If you’ve purchased a Solhive cleansing or skincare product and feel it isn’t right for your skin, we offer a 30-Day Skin Comfort Guarantee.

If, within 30 days of delivery, your skin does not feel calmer, more comfortable, or better supported, please contact us and we’ll make it right — including issuing a refund where appropriate.

Trying something new shouldn’t feel risky.

When We Can Help Immediately

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • An item is missing

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Wellness items (including skin & bath products, oils, and body care)

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

Refunds under the 30-Day Skin Comfort Guarantee do not require physical returns unless otherwise requested.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
