Solhive Returns & Refunds Policy

At Solhive, each Hive Box is thoughtfully curated, hand-assembled, and designed to be both beautiful and useful. Because of the personal and wellness nature of our products, we can’t accept general returns once an item has been opened or used. We hope you understand — this ensures the highest standards of safety and quality for all of our Hive members.

When We Can Help

We want you to be delighted with your box. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • An item is missing

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll work with you to make it right, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund (at our discretion).

How to Start a Claim

Email hello@solhive.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) in question

  • A short description of the issue

This helps us resolve your concern quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Wellness items (teas, elixirs, scrubs, bath products, oils, etc.)

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
