Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we do! We ship from Canada to the U.S. for a flat $15 CAD.
This includes shipping + all required import duties, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
Orders typically arrive in 6–10 business days.

Will I have to pay extra duties or tariffs in Canada?

No.
Because your box ships directly from within Canada, there are no duties or tariffs for Canadian orders.

What is your return policy?

Because of the personal and wellness nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@solhive.co and we’ll make it right.
